Kaylee takes your vitals and draws any labs on site; then you sit down with Dr. Wood for 30 to 45 minutes about your history and what you want to change.

A plan you can follow
Results are reviewed with you, the plan is written down, and follow-ups are set by the program — monthly at first for weight care, labs every 8 to 12 weeks for hormones.

Is Total Body Renewal a med spa?
No. Total Body Renewal is a licensed medical clinic owned by Dr. Kelly Wood, a physician board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine. Every patient is seen by Dr. Wood or under her direct supervision, and treatment starts from your history, an exam and, when it is needed, lab work.
Do I need a referral to see Dr. Wood?
No referral is needed. You can book a new-patient visit yourself online or by calling (618) 719-2011. If another doctor already treats you for a condition, bring your medication list and recent results so Dr. Wood can work alongside them.
Does insurance cover visits at Total Body Renewal?
Most traditional insurance plans are accepted, but call the office to confirm yours before your first visit. Some services are covered and some are not; the staff will tell you which applies to you before anything is done, and pricing for anything self-pay is discussed up front.
What are the office hours in Columbia?
