How it works
The applicator does two jobs at once. Radiofrequency heats the fat layer, while HIFEM — high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy — drives the muscle underneath through rapid, intense contractions. You lie still and the device does the work; afterward you go back to your day.

Who it suits, and who it does not
EMSCULPT NEO works best for someone within roughly 15 to 30 pounds of their goal weight. It is not used during pregnancy or over metal implants in the treatment area. If you have more to lose, Dr. Wood will point you to medical weight management first and save the device for later — that is a medical call, and she makes it before you buy a package. Pricing is discussed at the consultation, without pressure.
The functional protocol
Total Body Renewal also uses EMSCULPT NEO for strength rather than shape. The functional series — six to ten sessions, booked as “Functional Neo” — is for muscle deconditioning, back discomfort, sprains and ligament injuries, muscle strain, bursitis, plantar fasciitis and the muscle loss that comes with age. It can be paired with PRP therapy.
Core to Floor
Paired with Emsella, EMSCULPT NEO works the core while Emsella works the pelvic floor beneath it. Dr. Wood calls the combination Core to Floor.
